I built Ravyn because clients kept asking for the same missing piece: one simple way to see and control every device, which nothing on the market quite delivered. After hours of conversations about what they actually needed, I built exactly that, plus the features those talks kept surfacing.

Stone Tools

A countertop yard that runs its own website.

A wholesale slab supplier in Florida. I built the site, a phone app that puts a slab on it in about a minute, and a stone album the owner edits herself. Then the paperwork: her drivers now get a link, the receiver signs on the phone, and a record with the invoice lands in her inbox.

Her brief was blunt: she did not want to depend on anybody to upload a photo. So the job was not to build her a website. It was to build her one she owns the day to day of, in English and Spanish, because her market speaks both.

3 Stars Fabrication

A countertop installer whose crew builds the evidence.

The same owner's fabrication and installation business. The office texts the crew one link, the installer photographs the finished work, and the customer signs an acceptance form on the tablet in English or Spanish. The PDF and the photos go to the office, and the customer gets a copy with a review request.

A dispute weeks later used to be memory against memory. Now it is settled by opening the job. The crew photographs everything, including the seam that is not perfect, because the office decides what the customer sees.

Who I am

Hi, I'm Elvys Capon.

I spent years inside the cybersecurity and MSP world, helping IT teams get more out of the security tools they already had. I've sat through the escalation calls, the "why isn't this working" conversations, and the projects that stalled because nobody had time to build the automation that would've fixed it.
